Hello Aldo. I did that the day of the incident. I left you a voicemail to call me back. I even left feedback with your online customer care center to have a manager call me back the next day. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from anyone. If you want to turn it around, how about you check your voicemails and call me back for once instead of having me put in the effort for nothing.
