I just wanted to clear things up so everyone is on the same page. The customer came in with an email he recieved from us that stated in the disclaimer that he had to purchase a vehicle that was 100+ days old in order to get the price listed. The customer was on an 83 day old vehicle in stock and as he said in his review we offered him many cars over the 100+ day old mark for the price on the email he recieved. I have included the actual disclaimer that was on it: We have been a Presidents award dealer which means we do care and service our customers extremely well and also cherish their thoughts. Please review the disclaimer below that was on the actual email the customer recieved and make your own decision on whether or not it was clear. I apologies you feel the way you do and would prefer things could of been different. When we advertise we truly do everything possible to make sure there are no "catches" or "hooks" and that is why we placed the disclaimer on it, to ensure everyone knew they had to purchase from a limited inventory.
