I bought a 2024 Honda CRV sport from Gillman Honda in August of 2024. At the time I was told by the salesman TJ Kassam, that key fob #1 had been taken home on accident by his coworker and to contact him August of 2024. At the time I was told by the salesman TJ Kassam, that key fob #1 had been taken home on accident by his coworker and to contact him the next day. I did so and he continued to give me the run around(saying key was locked in a secure area) while mentioning multiple times for me to do reviews on google and the Gillman website. I loved my car so much that I did do a review on one of the sites, however I never got key fob #1, I was only given #2. My car was brand new and should have came with two key fobs. I ended up seeing TJ again when I was at Honda about 1 month after purchase he said he would look into the key again. I called him shortly after and he mentioned that the car was delivered with one key initially and that’s why he gave me such a good deal(mind you, this was not discussed at the time of purchase.) I was under the impression that I would be getting key #1 the entire time prior to this. I told TJ I did not feel comfortable with someone having a key out in the world to my vehicle. He assured me that that is not how this works and he could fix it by ordering a key and having his friend program it for me. When it came time for me to ask about the replacement key, TJ ignored my message and I never heard from him again. So just beware and don’t allow him to pull the wool over your eyes like he was able to myself! More
