I had Madison and she was very knowledgeable, and it took some time for all my paperwork and made sure I was always comfortable. She really knows her stuff! We choose Gilleland because of their availability/choices of pickups online. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive so I called to verify that they had the pickup still on the lot.
