After reviewing a well constructed web-page, I called Gilland Ford and spoke with John Sanders about a new 2024 Tremor. In a few short minutes, we established an excellent rapport (Both Veterans) and quickly crunched some good numbers on both the new Tremor and the 2023 trade-in Tremor. I pride myself on being a good judge of character, and John came across as an honest man with integrity above all else! I made the 3.5 hour drive from Atlanta after he repeatedly assured me that everything would be exactly as presented over the phone. As he promised.... the whole transaction (including very painless paperwork with Elijah Shelley!) was smooth, relaxed and expeditious. The best part was John staying over an hour past closing time to help me switch over the expensive bed cover I had just purchased and several other items that were not included with the generous trade-in deal. He also spent a considerable amount of time after hours programming all the FordPass features so I could enjoy BlueCruise and all the other tech features that he knew played a big part in my decision to upgrade from a 2023 Tremor truck that I absolutely loved to a 2024 model. His product knowledge was outstanding. He quickly answered all my tech questions and made it very clear that I was to call him anytime down the road if I had any concerns. As a retired Delta Air Lines pilot, I recognize and appreciate good customer service when I see it, and I definitely saw it from John! Gilland Ford and Ford Motor Company as a whole should hold John Sanders up as the role model to compare all other salespeople with. I suggest a significant raise immediately!! I bought a bronco sport for Gilland ford sticker said 4 x 4 the salesman said 4 x 4 but it’s an all wheel drive vehicle not a 4 x 4 when called and confronted about it they said I didn’t know what I was talk 4 the salesman said 4 x 4 but it’s an all wheel drive vehicle not a 4 x 4 when called and confronted about it they said I didn’t know what I was talking about said oh well it’s my problem now that I have to pay for it and too bad, it’s not a real 4 x 4 so I would not recommend anyone using this dealership and less they want to throw their money down the drain they don’t care about their customers they just care about their money More
Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. Kenny Beasley was our salesman and he made the process so smooth, pulled the car immediately and walked me through all car features. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience. More

Took my F150 to them for HVAC repair. Told service it may need computer flash or something like that. They told me it would take about 4 hours to diagnose. They kept longer than that. Mechanic never checked my HVAC problem or computer. He was fascinated with wiring of aftermarket lights. With which I had to rewire due to this screw up. Gilland never tried to correct or fix it problem. Will never use them again. Unreliable and rude! More
I stopped in to look at a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler and my salesman was Kenny Beasley. He provided a no pressure sale and I took as long as I wanted to check out the vehicle. The finance manager found me a great rate that actually beat my bank and provided me with warranty options since it was a used vehicle. Like anything do your research and look online and Blue book values. I don't have anything negative to say about my buy or the sale process. 👍 More
My soon to be 16 year old found a truck at Gilland. Mr. Kenny Beasley was amazingly patience with an eager soon to be new driver. He answered all his questions. Promised he would let him know as soon as the truck was available to test drive. Mr. Kenny contacted us when it was ready. Allowed us to bring back to Dothan to have our mechanic check it out. We found a small issue the dealership ordered the part and corrected the matter within a day and on his birthday. Paperwork went quickly as we did our own funding. Only issue I had is that I've never purchased a car used or new that the dealership didn't fill the tank up. Guess times have changed on that. But as for Mr. Kenny you can not go wrong with him. More

I purchased a brand new 2021 F150 Platinum and when I went to detail it for the first time I noticed there was some trash in the paint along and some what look to be sanding marks. I had it looked at by a professional paint and body shop and they verified that the driver side fender had been repainted. When I brought it to the attention of the dealership they said they were not aware of anything. So this tells me two things either they don’t inspect there vehicles properly or they don’t want to take ownership of it. It’s very disappointing to spend that much money on a truck and the dealership just leave you hanging. Needless to say I will never purchase from them and I’ll make sure to let everyone know of my experience and to stay away. More
