It took you 1 month to respond. That says it all. It’s Dealerships like Gilchrist that gives a terrible name to the entire car business. I’m very certain Gilchrist will meet the same fate as so many others these last 5 years with the way you treat customers. Good Luck. Your gonna need it. ALOT of it.

I would hope for some understanding on employee behavior under stressful scenarios to be different, and some do not know how to handle hard stress phone calls. At this point the only thing we do is make this into a positive learning experience. We appreciate the outreach and always have understanding when it comes to mistreatment or miscommunication especially with the volume of customer traffic we have.
