I found that very disrespectful. I took a star away from her service because she didn't even bother to tell me what concerns there were for my vehicle- she just gave me the paper to figure it out for myself. I'm in the market for a new car and this will probably not be the dealership I choose to buy a car from. Disappointed. More

Had a brake inspection, within 30 days my brake pads were gone and caliper broke. Stuck in California over labor day weekend, total 7 nights to get repairs done. Between repair, hotel and car rental, bill gone and caliper broke. Stuck in California over labor day weekend, total 7 nights to get repairs done. Between repair, hotel and car rental, bill was over $3500. If they truly checked my brakes during a routine check, I could have had the repair done at home and saved over half of that. Been going there since we moved out here in 2019. More
