The service writer was awesome. I just wish the service tech would have read the note of why I was there and talked to me. My truck has been serviced at this dealership multiply times so they are familiar with what I drive. So needless to say I was pretty unhappy when I was told that they didn't have a rack that would fit my truck. My truck is a 3500 crew cab dually with a flatbed. More

I feel like I purchased a warranty through this dealership and was not informed of the fine print. I had to follow up multiple times to check and see when my vehicle would be complete.
