Took the car in for the mandatory transmission filter change. The tech ended up changing the transmission fluid, according to the customer tech Tina, also which wasn't required to ordered. When I had some questions about whether the fluid was actually changed based on the way the work order was written, Tina was resistant to going to actually ask him for me. When I got home and noticed the transmission fluid life indicator hadn't been reset, I called and asked another customer tech to ask her to call me. She never did. When I called her I asked her to ask the service tech if there was any reason the indicator wasn't reset, and she said she would. She returned to the phone in about 10 seconds and stated he said he forgot. I'm skeptical that she could have in only about 10 seconds, gone into the service bay, had a short conversation with the tech and returned to the phone. I think she really didn't talk to him and was just trying to get rid of me. Also, when I originally called, I was told by Connie the procedure would take about an hour or two. When I got there, I was told about four hours. This was very inconvenient as I planned on waiting there for the service based on the hour estimate I was given when I called to schedule the service. More

Do not take your vehicle here for service. They ruined seals on my rear axle and refused to admit they had to remove and replace seals to replace rotors on my 1 ton rear end. When I brought it They ruined seals on my rear axle and refused to admit they had to remove and replace seals to replace rotors on my 1 ton rear end. When I brought it back in they tried to charge me to replace the seals and told me they had to do extensive cleaning from all the gear oil leaking. Had to bring it somewhere else because they only replaced one side and the other side started leaking. Emergency brake and rotor was still caked with gear oil, had to have everything removed and degreased. Even the wheel was still coated with gear oil on the side they said they cleaned. I spent a large amount of money and made it very clear this truck was going to be hauling across the country and needed it done correctly. Very disappointed that I brought it in three times and they still could not make this right. More
