I took my Equinox in for routine service. First, it was scheduled really fast - in 2 days. Second, they got me in and out in a timely manner and were very courteous. Highly recommended. I made an appointment on-line, but when I arrived, my appointment could not be found. The service advisor said that this is a problem for them. The appointment eventually showed on his screen, but I ha appointment could not be found. The service advisor said that this is a problem for them. Had an oil change, Rotate tires and I guess inspection and service of fluids I assumed. Previous owner always gave me a checklist with items checked/inspected etc and what items need addressed. Interior windshield just has mileage until next. Last item: I had this truck which I purchased new from Grey, I’ve had a chirping noise with engine or belt Assembly. Last trip in, nothing done, this trip nothing. Seems to me the service advisor would ask me/ customer to go out and check with me or even go out and check. You can ask anyone who can hear, especially a drive thru: I need to turn off engine so they can hear you speaking. So I would say I’m not impressed with service, seems to be the trend now a days. Sad. More
