I made an online appointment to get my brake pads replaced because after a previous appointment a few weeks prior they told me that would need to be done if the problem wasn't fixed. I set it for 3pm replaced because after a previous appointment a few weeks prior they told me that would need to be done if the problem wasn't fixed. I set it for 3pm on a weekday and expected to be able to pick it up that same day since we all knew what needed to be done to solve the problem. I was told that I would receive a call when my car was ready to be picked up, so I handed my keys over and left to wait. I never received any call before they all packed up for the day, so when I stopped in to get my house and work keys back with my car I was told it wouldn't be done until the next day. I was extremely frustrated with this because I was then unable to access my home or my work's office. The car wasn't finished being worked on until 2pm the following day, nearly 24 hours after my appointment time. If I had been a walk-in appointment or the issue was a mystery, I might have understood the long wait. But the complete lack of any communication and the full day to take care of a simple problem was extremely frustrating and threw off my schedule for 2 days. More
