Lack of customer service. Came in for a regular service as well as having a cabin noise addressed. I would have appreciated if I would have been told it would take 3 hours. my car was recently misdiagnosed at Gilchrist Chevrolet. When I reported to them, I was not shown any indication of taking responsibility. I had the part replaced and it didn't fix the problem. I was told I would get a call back from the service department. 2 days now and NO PHONE CALL. So be aware they don't back up their word!! More
