Does not value customer input. We've been dealing with the same issue for 3 years and they've been unable to find root cause. Took vehicle to an independent mechanic who identifie We've been dealing with the same issue for 3 years and they've been unable to find root cause. Took vehicle to an independent mechanic who identified probable cause may be outdated software, but only the dealer can update since it is proprietary with our vehicle model. Dealership refused to check software and blamed the problem on the driver of the car because we don't follow instructions from dashboard message instructing to keep driving while engine is cleaning. Told them multiple times there has never been a message except when the reduced engine power warning comes on and then it's too late as the filter is clogged. We just want resolution and not keep paying $300 every few months to have the diesel particulates cleaned from the filter. More

Gilchrist Chevrolet graciously accommodated my request for a lower price to be under the federal maximum for the $4000 EV credit for used cars and even waived some upcharge fees.
