I noticed my vehicle was due for an oil change (on Tuesday), I called Gilchrist to schedule an appointment to get this done because my sales experience with Kris, Chris and Luis was amazing and I want Tuesday), I called Gilchrist to schedule an appointment to get this done because my sales experience with Kris, Chris and Luis was amazing and I wanted to give their service department an opportunity. Haley answered the phone, she was so sweet and told me she could get me in for an oil change on Thursday. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday morning with Sue and had a ride to work so they were able to keep my vehicle all day with no pressure of me waiting for it to get done ASAP. Sue was very helpful, funny and a pleasure to work with. The gentleman sitting next to her (I believe his name was James) was very chatty and also very kind. Sue called me shortly after I left to let me know that they didn’t have an oil filter in stock for my vehicle but would have one from their local supplier within an hour, I appreciate the honesty and great communication. During a break at work I noticed I’d missed Sue’s phone call but she left me a message to let me know that they’d received my filter and that my vehicle was ready for me to pick up. My experience with the service department was as great as I could expect and I will definitely be back for any future service needs. More

The vehicle was not as advertised, and the dealership was not transparent about the extra mileage. I wanted a very specific vehicle/color. They picked up the wrong color combination and said "it shouldn't matter because you will be inside the vehicle". I eventually told them I wanted the color I originally requested or I didn't want the vehicle. They agreed to do a wrap, so I purchased the vehicle. Part of the purchase was the all weather floor liner package (discussed before the purchase). The floor liner package was not ordered until five days after I left with the vehicle. It took almost 3 weeks for them to get the floor liners in, and communication was lacking. They did try to fix the issue by vacuuming out the vehicle. The cargo liner and seat back protectors are apparently on backorder, so the sales associate purchased a temporary cargo liner until mine comes in. Disappointed with the lack of communication and all of the delays, but I do appreciate the obvious efforts to rectify the situation. They even offered my son a hat, but he said no. More

I found the car we ended up buying online and submitted an inquiry and almost immediately received a call from Steve Hewitt who got me the information I requested with the best price we had found for the vehicle and there were no surprises not excessive fees as we had experienced at other dealerships. Then when we called back to buy the car we were taken care of by Chantel Ellis and she was great. We drove for 4 hours from Hermiston Oregon and on the trip I was questioning the window in buying it so far away, but when we got there it was ready and the paper work just needed signed and it was a great experience.
