Service advisors are rude. I only take the truck there for the free oil changes since I purchased the truck there. Vending machines were in need of snacks and water. So comical that customers took pictures of the vending machines. 5 Aquafina waters in one machine and a bag of Cheetos and a bag of Doritos and two candy bars in the other. Staff remained calm even though there was no possible way to do all the scheduled work and be on time. More

Hard to write air view because the service people were good but the mechanics did unnecessary repairs which cost over $5000 After paying $7000 to have my truck fixed and waiting over six weeks to pick good but the mechanics did unnecessary repairs which cost over $5000 After paying $7000 to have my truck fixed and waiting over six weeks to pick it up finally got the chance to and the check engine light was on the low air tire was on and my fob battery was dead paid $7000 and they couldn’t even put air in my tire or put a new battery in my I had to run to auto parts store to buy a battery I would’ve even paid for it if they would’ve told me it would cost me but instead, I got sent out the door with a check engine light on low tire pressure in my front tire and a battery dead in my key fob where I had to take the key out to unlock the door at the dealership spending $7000 for unnecessary repair we found out later Drove for about an hour and it shut right back down and did exact same thing as it did when I sent it to the shop on October 15 that $6000 in repair for a turbo was not the problem and after speaking with another GMC dealer mechanic who works for the same company after him reading. My paperwork stated that I had an unnecessary repair. They should’ve looked the other things with the code. It was throwing first before they went to a $7000 repair. More
Brought vehicle in for repair of possible carrier bearing replacement due to periodic grinding/vibration and tire sensor issues. Vehicle transfer case replqcedand upon pickup tire sensors not repaired or fix replacement due to periodic grinding/vibration and tire sensor issues. Drove approximately 1mile home and vehicle immediately repeated noise. Brought vehicle back again and drove with mechanics and noise complaint s repeated. Believes issue might be torque converter and possible transmission replacement. Later upgraded to broken internal spring. Spring replaced and tire sensors I’m told are fixed. Picked up vehilce and drove appropriately 1mile and tire sensors failure again and service tire system error displayed on screen. Told to bring vehicle in again for 3rd time For same issue. Very disgusted with repeated service to fix something that should have been addressed and properly tested at the beginning. Takes time and difficulty dropping off your only vehicle for repeated service to fix same issue. No offer of discount or compensation or complimentary service for anything. Not sure I want my vehicle serviced here again. Service associate I dealt with was Christie. When I was left a voicemail and returned call several times went to voicemail and no return call for 1-2 days. Emails went unanswered. More
