Slow and sloppy It took the shop over an hour to do a lube and tire rotation. For the second time in a row, they did not vacuum the floor mats or even remove the shop It took the shop over an hour to do a lube and tire rotation. For the second time in a row, they did not vacuum the floor mats or even remove the shop paperwork from my car. They literally left my car dirtier than they found it. Even though the service was free under my purchase agreement, the service was so poor I would hesitate to return again. More

3 months to get my car back. It took a few days shy of 3 months to get my car back from an engine swap covered by an extended service warranty. Apparently the service consultant d It took a few days shy of 3 months to get my car back from an engine swap covered by an extended service warranty. Apparently the service consultant doesn't know how to deal with warranty companies other than their own. He also rarely returns calls or offered any status updates. Pretty much any plastic cover in the engine compartment was damaged by the tech. Conveniently, the service manager was not at work the day I picked my car up. 3 car payments, 3 insurance payments, and most of the summer lost for driving my summer car. I will Not go back to the Gilchrist service center, nor will I do any business with them. More

They explained that my vehicle was in great condition and status overall was green. I checked out and was back on the road in hr. Great service. More
