Standard visit and vehicle check up I enjoy working with this dealership and their service department. As a suggestion, I would like to have estimates for the suggested work from the ch I enjoy working with this dealership and their service department. As a suggestion, I would like to have estimates for the suggested work from the check up. I specifically asked for the dealership to check my brakes and let me know next steps. Review came back that I am about ready for brakes, but no estimate included. You should include that for a better revenue flow! Also, what happened to the good old car wash? You should really work on adding that. More

Oil change by professionals Gilchrist is where we bought our GMC Terrain, we love it. Your service department, not so much. Positives...clean, on time, pleasant employees. The negative, when the oil was checked the next morning it took one and three quarters quarts to bring it to the proper level. Not acceptable service. What if we hadn't checked it? I called to speak to the service manager and I was passed along to a answering machine. This morning I received a phone call returning my call...it was from a Honda dealership. I left the message at Gilchrist. I will be telling my friends about this experience and cautioning them to BEWARE Gilchrist. More

worthless warranty I paid 40k for a 2014 Silverado and another $1200 for an extended warranty that I was told covered any factory defects. I keep this truck in a heated garage and take excellent care of it. Now with 45k miles on it the paint is peeling off around the window on the back door. This is obviously a factory defect Michael informed me that Chevrolet wont stand behind their product and the worthless warranty they sold me doesn't cover it either. I traded in my 12 year old Ford f150 when I bought this the paint still looked new. I was under the impression I was the type of customer Chevrolet wanted to get. More
