He was unavailable on the day I planned to visit but without hesitation, he arranged for his co-worker, Juan, to assist me—if that doesn’t show how low-pressure and customer-focused they are, I don’t know what does! Juan’s background in mechanical work was incredibly helpful, as he took the time to explain the vehicle’s features and share resources for potential upgrades. The manager, David, was also fantastic—genuinely welcoming, funny, and knowledgeable. He made sure I felt confident in my choice and took the time to go over all my options, ensuring I got the best possible deal.
