The courtesy driver was so sweet, Kristy was very warm and hospitable, and Devon and Bob made me smile. I did not on the other hand enjoy my interaction with Dave. I expressed to Dave I wanted to see if my issue was corrected, but he insisted he knew the Issue was fixed, when in all actuality it had not for another 2 days because I traveled from Florida and I needed my car. Devon offered to go on a test drive with me to see if the issue was resolved, and he talked to Bob and they replaced my USB port it was skipping at first now it is perfect, and I can use my car play driving back to Daytona Beach.
