Vehicle was taken to shop, vehicle was given to me still broken after being in the shop for 2 days. Had to get it towed back to GMC services. Still had pay for services that was not render to us. I was told that technician was looking on goggle to determine what was wrong with it Check out the paperwork. Should have got a discount on vehicle car was in the shop 3 to 4 days was not pleased with the service and still had to pay very disappointed. More
First of all, no one gave me updates from my car. I had to call myself and ask when my car was ready. No one had answers for me and when I finally got an answer, I found out my car was fixed for almo I had to call myself and ask when my car was ready. No one had answers for me and when I finally got an answer, I found out my car was fixed for almost 2 weeks upon picking up my vehicle, I found that the check engine light was still on. I took it back the same day. They still didn’t know what was wrong. Had someone look at it again to come the next day and find the same issue once they did further troubleshooting, they told me what the issue was. I decided not to continue service with them because of their unprofessionalism upon picking up my vehicle for the third time the vehicle would not crank over during the last time troubleshooting They ran the car into the gas was empty so when I picked it up, the car would not turn on one of the technicians had to put some gas in my car for me to leave. I would not recommend anyone who has a Chevy to get any service done at this dealership throughout this process. Everyone was confused about my vehicle and no one knew what was going on and no one offered me any type of Help for inconveniencing me. I have a rental car that I have had for entirely too long because of the poor communication of this dealership. More

There initially was an issue with parts, however, they rescheduled me and took care of my vehicle. Mason is the best there... Always handles the situation and it is obvious he cares for customers.
