We have purchased many cars before and in some way, always have some part of the process that’s frustrating (pushy salesmen, vehicle not in the condition described, an unwillingness to work with us, et always have some part of the process that’s frustrating (pushy salesmen, vehicle not in the condition described, an unwillingness to work with us, etc.) but working at Jeff at Gilchrist GMC was none of these things. Oil change & complimentary inspection done which I’m very grateful & appreciative, however service could have been better, documentation-wise. I’m expecting to see in the Service Form at least the kind of Oi grateful & appreciative, however service could have been better, documentation-wise. I’m expecting to see in the Service Form at least the kind of Oil used which is very important for me as I value my Truck highly. I need to see Synthetic Oil as featured in Service description box which is nowhere to be seen in the form. My 1st truck service appointment on 12-22-2023, computer printout didn’t give complete infos as computer not functional at that time but written data should be acceptable. Both 1st & 2nd (08-05-2024) service, not detailing kind of Oil used. Synthetic oil is what I’m expecting. “If not documented, it didn’t happen” as the saying goes. Other than the above, GMC Staff is awesome and helpful, above issue is a minor thing but needs to be addressed. Ty More

I needed to get my GMC truck into the shop. I called Gilchrist and explained what happened. They told me what I needed to do. So I had it towed to them to work on. Two days later I got my tru I called Gilchrist and explained what happened. They told me what I needed to do. So I had it towed to them to work on. Two days later I got my truck back.
