Just wanted to let management know that Jason Kinman was an outstanding salesman and provided me with top notch customer service. I knew what I wanted walking into your store and Jason delivered. Everthing an outstanding salesman and provided me with top notch customer service. I knew what I wanted walking into your store and Jason delivered. Everthing we discussed over the phone was met and he didn't try to back track or hide anything from me or devalue my trade in. Jason is honest and has the highest customer integrity and is looking in the best interest of his customer. I'm confident the rest of your team share similiar qualities as Jason's. Jason made my dream of owning a Camaro come true! I would be more then happy to refer potential customers to your store! Thank you! More
We have serviced our cars here for nearly 15 years, but no more. The tunover in staff has given us reason not to trust what is being recommended. The economy is poor, but gauging the customer with unneed no more. The tunover in staff has given us reason not to trust what is being recommended. The economy is poor, but gauging the customer with unneeded service and repairs is NOT the way to make up for it. In the end you will lose long-standing customers. More
I am currently in the process of trying to purchase a used vehicle, of which, the title was not given to the dealership upon it's trade in. Instead of the sales team attempting to expedite the process, used vehicle, of which, the title was not given to the dealership upon it's trade in. Instead of the sales team attempting to expedite the process, by contacting the person who traded in the car, to get the title back, they told me to be patient and wait. All the while I have a $500 deposit on my credit card building interest. The gentleman that traded this vehicle in was a wealthy, older gentleman, who spent over $80,000 on the car he purchased. With myself, only spending $30,000, I feel as if he's being given preferrential treatment. Even though, I'm the one without a vehicle in this situation. I understand that this situation is partially out of the dealership's control, however, I also feel they could be putting a little more effort into obligeing me. When I call to check in on the situation, I'm constantly told that it will be checked on, and I will receive a call back... Not the case! I end up calling and hearing "it slipped my mind" few times a day. It has now been 3 weeks since I first put the deposit down on the vehicle, and was supposed to take delivery today. However, i'm now being told that it will be tomorrow, and they would call me in a couple hours to confirm.... That was at 8:30 am, it's now 2:15pm, and I've heard nothing. Bottom line, if you don't plan on spending at least $50-60,000 on a Buick (ha!) or Chevrolet (Basically a new Corvette Z06), take your business elsewhere! More
