Took my car into dealership for oil change & tire rotation. I asked them to please let me know the wear on my tires. Upon completion when I received the paperwork I saw that they didn't rotate the ti rotation. I asked them to please let me know the wear on my tires. Upon completion when I received the paperwork I saw that they didn't rotate the tires because of wear (I only had 25,000 mi) so was surprised but would have appreciated being told instead of having to read it in the summary; however, the customer service rep had gone to lunch! BTW, I had a coupon from GMC for a complimentary oil change & rotation. I get monthly recaps on my car maintenance & the dealership submitted the reimbursement to GMC for both oil change & rotation. I felt like I wasn't being treated the same as a 'paying' customer & not an honest business, so won't be back. More

Quick service but lacking in efficiency. Diagnostic was ineffective and lacked attention. Some elements of a diagnosis were missed or incomplete.
