Not very happy about my service visit. Brought my truck in because the radio was changing stations and digital speedometer would not stay displayed. I was told that I needed a software update.( $400 and would not know for sure if that would solve the problem). Paid $100 for diagnostic check. I took my truck to a dealership on the coast they did a scan and found out radio was bad. They replaced the radio and my warranty covered it. Total cost $106.'( I do not understand why they did not do the scan on the radio and replace it at Gilbert. More
Service department communicated everything very well to be and was extremely informative and friendly. Picked up my C8 yesterday I have never been to a car dealer who treated me like a valued customer from the time I got out of my car through the process of driving it off the lot plus as a added bonus I dealer who treated me like a valued customer from the time I got out of my car through the process of driving it off the lot plus as a added bonus I received a call from the sales manger Chad to make sure I it got it home and how it drives and if there was any problems plus my salesman Albert checked on me also on how the delivery was and If I made it home with the car it was a great experience and the dealership is about 45 min from home I will continue to skip over other closer Chevy dealerships to have my car serviced there as well All I can say is Thank You customer service is a important part on who I use for any service More
Had tires rotated on 7-11-2023. Something happened to tire pressure sensor unit on one tire. They wanted $140 to fix something I feel they caused. Talked to service manager next day and said they would fix it for $99. supposedly the price of parts. My wife drives car and said to let them fix for her safety. I would not have. Found out later original GM tire pressure sensors were all 4 for $38. My last trip. I feel I was Lied to twice. More
