Overall experience was very positive. First sales person Zach (non-owner) did not follow-up with me when I first stopped in to see the E 350. Weeks went by and I stopped in again and Zach (owner) spoke with Zach (non-owner) did not follow-up with me when I first stopped in to see the E 350. Weeks went by and I stopped in again and Zach (owner) spoke with me and from then on it was an excellent experience. Zach 2 was honest and straightforward and pleasant to work with. He followed up on all the issues we discussed and I took possession of the car less than a week later after he finished addressing the issues. More
