It took over 3 weeks to talk to someone in the service department. We left messages because the service manager was not available, and those messages were never returned. I even attempted to speak to the department. We left messages because the service manager was not available, and those messages were never returned. I even attempted to speak to the general manager and was never called back. Once we finally got an appointment the work was never completed and we had to reschedule 2 weeks later. What good is an appointment if they can't even do the work? When we finally got the work done they offered a free oil change. This is a small token for the headache caused. Unfortunately this experience is just like every other experience we have had with Ghent. The service department is a joke and a liability to the dealership. GM should pull this dealership from the current management as they are a disservice to the name. It's my understanding is that our experience is the status quo for many other customers. They simply do not care. More

I took my 2014 silverado in for oil change and tire rotation. My TPMS was working when I came in. However, when I picked it up it wasn't working, and they tried to charge me $600 to fix it. It was just a ECM programming but Scott and Mica went above and beyond to communicate and make sure I was informed and content with what was done.
