Horrible service! Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation in the morning was not ready until following day. Ultimately while on the lot(because they couldn't finish an oil change and tire rotation) rotation in the morning was not ready until following day. I have had my truck in the service department three times within the last month and paid the dealership over $2000 and have not had my truck fixed. Made an appointment for service on my GMC on Friday April 30. Dropped off vehicle the night before. On Friday at approximately one, I got a call from them telling me they couldn’t get to my vehicle because 30. Dropped off vehicle the night before. Will not go back to them. There are too many dealers to waist my time on this one. I should have known better. Tried to buy a vehicle there and the experience was horrible. Ended up buying a Ford.
