Been to the dealer twice for service appointments, booked more than a week in advance because of no availability and on both occasions my car was not evaluated until two days after being dropped off. I got an oil change and maintenance package for my 2015 Buick Enclave for an upcoming cross country trip. I needed my tires rotated which was included in the service I signed up for but was charged $30 for Buick Enclave for an upcoming cross country trip. I needed my tires rotated which was included in the service I signed up for but was charged $30 for a tire rotation. I asked about it and was told basically I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have done multiple reviews for this hoping management would acknowledge what happened but so far no even after talking to a CSR. They did a great job but I’m not a fan of overpaying for already paid for services. Not sure if I’ll be back or not. More
