I made my oil change appointment one month in advance so I could wait for my car and get out of there. After my arrival the guy at the desk informed me that 2 of his tech's had quit and it could take up to I could wait for my car and get out of there. After I let him know it was not my fault his people had quit he told he doesn't work Saturdays either but here I am he said. This pissed me off so I found a manager at the coffee pot and explained the situation to him. He told he would take care of it and I was out of there in 35 minutes. I have bought 2 brand new trucks here in 3 years, will I ever be back. Probably not but we'll see what there reaction to this review is. More
I cannot think Gent service department enough. When you’re dealing with something electrical, you just never know how high the bill is going to be. Scott in service made sure that I didn’t pay for anything extra! Scott told me he had a mechanic that was very good with GM wiring. Scott spoke with the mechanic before I even brought the car in. When I bring a car in I get what’s wrong fixed. I seldom do the additional recommended service for the car. This time I did because I trust Ghent service.There was even a problem with the door lock, it was a simple fix, and they just did it for me! When do you ever experience something like that? Sean, in the parts department was very patient with me because I’m kind of a pull and pay type of girl :-) they treated me with kindness and respect for the first time I was happy to pay the bill!
