He made every possible concession on the new car purchase price and gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealer I spoke with. Josh (Finance) also made my purchasing experience exceptional. There was obviously clear communication and collaboration between sales and finance. Josh presented the finance option which best met my needs. He knew I only wished to purchase the vehicle and never attempted to steer me into a lease as a way to fit my monthly payment cap work. My experience after-the-sale was equally outstanding. Paul (sales & training) worked with Bill to thoroughly teach me how to make the most of all my vehicle features had to offer. Bill introduced me to all of Gezon's primary department leads including Roxanne (service) who is genuine, caring, helpful and communicates well.
