Master cylinder was found to be leaking Terry Buyers met me as I drove in for a scheduled warranty appointment. He took his time to explain what was to be done, answered all my questions, and even gave me an estimated time as to how long the appointment would take. It wasn't too long before Terry came out to see me with the news that the master cylinder, still under warranty, needed to be replaced. Again, Terry explained what was to be done and even wrote a few notes for me so I could explain it to my husband. Through this whole process I was treated professionally and kindly. Terry took great care and was thorough in his explanations and understanding of my concerns, I'm glad I know where to go for excellent service on my vehicle. More
