I contacted Gettel Toyota to get a battery replaced in our Lexus . Regrettably I was overcharged for it. They did not consider it as part of the Toyota family so I was not given the proration on the exist our Lexus . Regrettably I was overcharged for it. Ryan the Assistant Service manager was proficient but not flexible in handling the transaction. My Lexus dealer is fort five miles away , so I tried to avoid driving that far for a battery. They gave me a 2 pm appointment for an oil change. I left the dealership at 3:55 pm. Jiffy Lube would have taken 30 min and been a lot cheaper.
