I recently had 4 new tires, an alignment and an oil change done at Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County. Max, my service advisor, was terrific at providing all the tire options and patient as well as I ha change done at Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County. Max, my service advisor, was terrific at providing all the tire options and patient as well as I had a lot of questions for him on the tire options. The service was done very well as our SUV drives straight down the road with no wandering. This service was done in a very timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. They also provided free tire rotations for me since I bought the tires from them and had them install them. I was also pleased that they inspected the front end components and said everything was very solid and with no issues. I recently had hit a very bad pot hole with a front wheel and one of the front tires was worn unevenly and also damaged and I thought the pot hole may have caused the issue with that tire. They were honest with the mechanical assessment and didn't recommend making unnecessary repairs, which I consider just as important if not more important than the actual service performed. I needed to have new tires put on in another 5,000 miles, so with one bad tire it was time to get 4 new ones. I highly recommend their service department and I will continue to have my car serviced there in the future based upon the excellent service I received. More

He called for an Uber to return me home while the service was being done .He texted me when the Uber driver was at my hom service for 4- new tires .
