I took my car in for butler service and 5000 mile service. I was told that I needed to allow 6 hours to complete the work. I checked in with John and gave him my keys. He was great and all was w service. I was told that I needed to allow 6 hours to complete the work. I checked in with John and gave him my keys. He was great and all was well. I then received an automated text for the status of the work. The automated system did not alert me that the work was finished. I waited for 4 hours only to check my phone and see that I received a voice message from John that the work was done. I was displeased with the automated service that failed and the fact that I used up half a day of my time that was not necessary. I would say you should eliminate the automated text messaging. More

Initially, my experience was very poor. I had scheduled an appointment to see a car, and they did not call to tell me it had sold. My appointment was at 3 p.m., and it sold first thing. There was plenty of time to inform me, so I did not take off work. The second time I called about a car, they said it was available, but when I got there 40 minutes later, the car had sold BEFORE I was told it was available. Also, if you don't want the trade-in, just say you don't instead of offering $150 for a car.....while it's not worth a lot $150 is a slap in the face. Just say you don't want it instead...then no issue. However, Sage changed my view of the dealership somewhat. He found me the same vehicle I wanted and made the purchase on that second trip. He was fantastic to work with, and IF I ever go back, I would ask for him specifically. The jury is still out on my thoughts on the dealership as a whole. I guess I will find out when maintenance rolls around. More
