Big scam- they have a piece of paper thats a checklist of all the items to do with a new customer ( introduce customer to service manager , etc) that me the customer is supposed to check off and approve as d all the items to do with a new customer ( introduce customer to service manager , etc) that me the customer is supposed to check off and approve as done. However the sales guy kept the form and checked it all off himself and asked me to sign it. I commented that many things were not completed, and he says no problem just sign it and we will take care of everything tomorrow- well u know the saying Tomorrow never comes.. thats the problem when u self police an important task to sales people- it should be tasked by a different person in the dealership - but its their loss cause they never introduced me to service dept and ive never been back!!! Short sighted narrow minded sales guy!!! Then they have a package addon that they price at about $3 k (and only about $200 or less in hard costs) i told them i didnt want it and they pretended it was a major sticking point but salesman would “try to negotiate” the cost down- he disappeared for while into break room and came back and said he got them to take it off but any smart person could see its all a game to let customer think they negotiated a deal when they do it all the time to make u think u got a deal More

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Gettel. The first three were fine. The last one not so much. Part of the deal was to provide me with a second key fob because the truck only came with one The first three were fine. The last one not so much. Part of the deal was to provide me with a second key fob because the truck only came with one. Went back a few days later to get the new key fob and was charged $140.00. I wont be dealing with them ever again. I guess customer loyalty only goes so far. Get everything they promise you in writing. More
