My husband and I came to your dealership on Friday, April 8th. We knew that we were looking to buy a new vehicle, but we were leary because of the stories you often hear (regarding car salesmen and dealershi 8th. We were allowed to browse the lot for a few minutes on our own, which we really appreciated. When I saw a salesman come out the door and start to approach us, I said to my husband: "Here we go." I felt very tense about the whole situation because I had not been car shopping since 2003. However, Charlie (Goodykoontz) made us feel comfortable from the minute he started talking to us. He was not pushy or aggressive (as salesman can sometimes be), but was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. One thing I really liked was the fact that he took his sunglasses off when he spoke to us so that we could see his eyes. Even with the Florida sunshine beating down on us, he chose to take his glasses off so that we could see his expressions. That may seem like a small thing, but to me it was huge. When someone does that, I can see that they are being honest with me, and it proves they aren't trying to hide anything. Todd was very friendly and nice, and so was Tiffany. Manny was especially fun because he was from the same place where my husbnad grew up. Our whole experience at Palm (from beginning to end) was amazing. I felt comfortable, never pressured. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would buy a car from you guys again any day!! More

Palm Toyota is an outstanding dealer in every aspect. Desmond did an outstanding job in working with us in the purchase of our 2008 4 Runner both negotion of price and follow through after the sale. The detail department did a phenomenal job in cleaning the interior and exterior of the car. The interior was especially dirty to begin with. Tiffany Olsen (customer relations) made sure that everything was present when we picked up the car. The 2008 owners manual was the only thing missing and she continued to stay on top of getting it and even mailed it to us at our vacation home in Ga. Krista Patterson (service) also ensured our satisfaction and in the case of our 1999 Toyota Camry she along with Chad (technician) would not rest until they found a persistant oil leak in our Camry. I brought my 2007 Prius in for service and Dan Burnett came to speak with me as he always does when I am at Palm. He spent visiting with me and asking how my Prius was doing.He asked if I'd like to look came to speak with me as he always does when I am at Palm. He spent visiting with me and asking how my Prius was doing.He asked if I'd like to look at a 2011 Prius. He spent a great deal of time showing me all the changes and improvements. I took it for a test drive with Dan and was impressed with the car. He spent a good deal of time discussing the benefits of buying a new Prius now versus waiting a year. Dan gave me a lot of factual information about how buying now would save me money. He walked me through the entire process, and took all my belongings out of the 2007 and put them in the 2011 exactly as they were in my 2007. He called me the next day to see if everything went well on the drive home and to ask if I had any questions about the car. Steve Scharf was very professional and thorough explaining the many documents I had to sign. He answered my questions, some more than once, until he was sure I understood. Steve made the entire process easy and stress free. Gail Riola went through the manuel with me and explained how the service department works and what I should do if I have a problem. She made an appointment for me to have the auto armor applied to my car and explained about the car tracking system and how the manager would register my car into the system. She was helpful, thoughtful, professional and very nice. These three people have my respect, trust, and loyalty. I must add that everyone in the service department is very helpful and makes every visit a nice experience. I would not take my car anywhere else for service. More

When we made an appointment with Desmond we had resigned ourselves to spending about $15,000 for a dinghy for our RV (plus a trade in). I had a car that was only 3 years old with less then 23,000 miles on it that I enjoyed driving. He showed us an option that cost us only a little over $3,000 that more then met our needs. Desmond Pierre and Palm Auto are both easy to do business with! More

I am a middle aged widow who came into your dealership extremely nervous because this would be the first large transaction that I would be making without my husband by my side. I was met with a GREAT BIG SMILE and a mild, and very professional salesman named Dan Barnett. He made me feel so comfortable, and treated me with the utmost respect, and told me not to worry about a thing that he would take the "burden" off my shoulders and place it on his-that is what he did, and that is why I purchased my brand new Toyota Corolla from him last Saturday. He gave me that extra reassurance, and treated me like we should all treat one another-with kindness. I hope that his exempulary salesmanship is recognized and appreciated. We drove twenty miles North to check out another Toyota dealer. It was late on Friday night when I called the internet rep , Victoria and told her we were on our way. Dan was waiting outside for us!
