Long wait for a warranty tire rotation Took me 3 days to schedule a service appointment for my 5000 mile warranty service on my 2016 Prius V. The service was to rotate the tires, which I w Took me 3 days to schedule a service appointment for my 5000 mile warranty service on my 2016 Prius V. The service was to rotate the tires, which I was told was a quick service. My appointment time was 11:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:55 AM. I waited for about 15 minutes until I met with my service advisor. He told me it would take 35 minutes, and that two people would be working on my service. I waited until 12:15 PM, and then inquired about my car. My service advisor jumped up and went into the service area and came and told me it would be 5 minutes. I assume that at that point, they started the rotation. I pulled out of the service department at 12:28 PM, over 1-1/2 hours after arriving. While I waited, I saw people who arrived after for their service, leave before me. They might have a very pleasant staff, however the service time, in my opinion, was much too long, and very disrespectful of my time. More

Great salesman and service Daniel Brutus When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were just looking for a car. Daniel Brutus approaches us and was very professional and not pushy. He asked what we were looking for and said he wanted to make sure we bought the car we fell in love with. He also said his boss wanted to make deals that day. We looked around and found a couple of cars we were interested in. When we sat down to negotiate on the car we chose, we had no intention of buying it that day. Daniel gave us a price and we said no thank you. Then he asked what price we wanted to pay. We told him a price that was about $3000 less. He went and talked to the manager and they came back within $500 of our price and we bought the car. Daniel was great to work with! More

Master cylinder was found to be leaking Terry Buyers met me as I drove in for a scheduled warranty appointment. It wasn't too long before Terry came out to see me with the news that the master cylinder, still under warranty, needed to be replaced. Again, Terry explained what was to be done and even wrote a few notes for me so I could explain it to my husband. Through this whole process I was treated professionally and kindly. Terry took great care and was thorough in his explanations and understanding of my concerns, I'm glad I know where to go for excellent service on my vehicle. More
