I am new to the area and when I went in for service the person I contacted was a little on the short side with me so I cancelled my appointment. I received a return email in a short period of time from the Evan who was quite apologetic and resolved my issue. I will continue using Gettel Toyota of Bradenton for service and when I decide to trade in my 2018 Rav4 they with be my first stop for a quote. More

I would have given the service center 5 stars but having to wait 30 minutes to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment was too much! Service gets worse each time i go. Waited 15 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me. When I approach someone they said they were very short staffed. I understand.
