More than pleased with Cirri, she’s very professional and knowledgeable. We gave the rating of 4 stars which had nothing to do with her. I brought my car almost 2 months ago & my check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing. Toyota says they can’t do anything about it because my car is under warranty at Hyundai BUT. We had a 12:30 appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to tra change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to trade in our car which we told him right from the start was NOT going to happen. I had to get really rude with the salesperson and order him to walk away! Hopefully the new owner can get this shoddy service department straightened out. More
