I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I wish they had called me before the appointment to reschedule. I understand they were short-handed and things happen. I used to enjoy going to this dealership as their customer service was always excellent and lounge area was always well kept. Under new management they are now charging a fee to use credit cards whe customer service was always excellent and lounge area was always well kept. Previously, snacks were provided to those who were waiting for their vehicle now that has gone away as well. It’s the little things that go a long way. Was also considering trading my Tundra in for a new one just won’t be doing it their.
