I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I wish they had called me before the appointment to reschedule. I understand they were short-handed and things happen. But, by not receiving a call back, I had to rearrange my schedule, which was not easy to do. Also I inquired about my husbands car, which now has 3 broken door handles. I was told this was normal- I don’t think it is. We have never owned a car that the handles broke off. More

Normally making an appt means you oit under 1 hours for routine maintenance but , this time I was there 2 hours for an old change and rotation. I used to enjoy going to this dealership as their customer service was always excellent and lounge area was always well kept. Under new management they are now charging a fee to use credit cards whe customer service was always excellent and lounge area was always well kept. Previously, snacks were provided to those who were waiting for their vehicle now that has gone away as well. It’s the little things that go a long way. Was also considering trading my Tundra in for a new one just won’t be doing it their. Maximizing profits is the name of the game, but to what extent if they are already generating a lot of money through their service shop. Such a shame. More
