worst service ever. Advisor did not check me in, call with recommendations or check me out. I had to hunt him down and get my own paperwork off his desk since MIA with Advisor did not check me in, call with recommendations or check me out. I scheduled maintenance for an oil change, tire rotation and balance weeks in advance and received 5+ confirmations from dealer. I confirmed the services the day prior (Friday 11/24) and when I showed up at and balance weeks in advance and received 5+ confirmations from dealer. I confirmed the services the day prior (Friday 11/24) and when I showed up at 7:30am on Saturday 11/25, they put me in quick service where it took 3 hours for these services to be completed. This was over double the time it took at another Toyota dealership on a previous service. More
