Truly a horrible experience. Toyota Get there at 7am for 7AM appointment- crowded entry area, no one to greet me or direct me. Mike Alba appointment not honored, after a few minutes they found out he was in a meeting, so put me with someone else who was busy who then put me with someone else. Mike then showed up with lots of McDonalds, he was NOT in a meeting but getting McDonalds? Was told tires for life is no longer tires for life and they would do it one more time for me. Gave them details of work i wanted done on car both when scheduled on line and when i was called to confirm , but the guy said all it said was oil change, no notes. Prices!!!!! Whoa!!!! 60 for oil change 39 for tire rotation 159 for alignment Told them actuator for driver side door failed and needed estimate , said it would be 179 to get estimate?? Needed estimate for body work(scratches) buffed out, guy would not be there till 8:30. Was told would be about 90 mins to 2 hours. They would notify me. Got a text at 9:15 exactly 2 hours later, with over $3k worth of additional work to be done, i declined since i only had time for oil change and alignment. Went to see Joe Russo who took me in because Mike was too busy, and had to wait 15 mins at his desk before someone else asked if I needed help. He walked me to Mikes office. Mike told me car still needed to have alignment done!!!! After 2 hours?? I told him i needed to be at work, he called me an uber Mike let me know car was ready about 35 mins later, called uber to get me. Went to see Mike , who told me I had to go to cashier. At cashier i asked her to explain the bill and she said i had to see Mike. Then another cashier tried to explain, then was told credit card is extra 3%, started 2 weeks ago and should have been told so I could bring a check. Told to go to valet with receipt, he could not find my keys, had to go back to the cashier to get my keys from them. More
