Appointment at 8am. Left dealership 9hrs later a 5:15pm. Told my vehicle was ready around 12pm. Drove off lot into major traffic &the brakes failed. Barely able to get back to the dealership. 5hrs later l was told it was a faulty caliper. Was told 'no issues with backup camera. Next morning backing out of garage backup camera didn't work. As for as Toyota genuine parts, your tech told me he was waiting for Auto Zone to deliver the break caliper. WHAT A JOKE! I will not be back. More
