I have been a customer since 1999 and I'm really disappointed with my last service. And now because someone forgot to do their job,that the only thing that making sense to me. I need to split the cost, of the damage created by services. Since I bought my 2019 highlander never missed a service and everytime I go in, they remind what due for change or something wrong. But this time they forgot to tell me, oh Mrs. Martinez you have leak in your radiodator. Why do a checked list and marked everything in green if it's not truth. So, I feel someone forgot to add all the liquids needed when oil change was done. Bcse not even my car alert me of low fluids. If I don't notice my needle drop to H and back to C quickly and husband opened the hood, we would have never know I have a leak. I was there 2 weeks prior to get my front break done. Now my battery are bad, but my checked list shows green. I knew about my breaks, my tires, my filters which my husband replaced them and since i can only afford to them in sections. They removed my club box and didn't even placed it back right. Is sitting on my front seat door. I'm very disappointed of the situation. And bcse someone felt to notice the leak on my car they are willing to cover 50% of the radiator repair. Isn't fair at all. I don't think I can trust this service department. Very unpleasant customer. More
Not good, I was told I needed a new air filter for $65. 00 which I just replaced 3 week prior. I was told I needed a new battery, my battery was less than a year old, so I went back to the battery store t 00 which I just replaced 3 week prior. I was told I needed a new battery, my battery was less than a year old, so I went back to the battery store they performed a load test and the battery was perfect, no problem with the battery. Then this was special, if I paid with a credit card there would be a 3% surcharge added to my bill, the surcharge did it for me, next thing you know they will be adding a tip for the technician. I don’t think I be back. It seems like the new owner's only have one thing in mind. $$$ More

It took regular oil change 4 hours with appointment. Advisor’s suck. Unprofessional, unorganized. I will never come back there again. I was a very loyalty customer for more 30 years.
