Everyone was very helpful while I got my car serviced. I appreciated the 'valet style' drop off of my car and the kind gentleman who assisted me to Michael's desk to check in. My vehicle was taken for a forth time to the dealer on 1/5/24 to resolve a problem with my headlight that had not been fixed. Supposedly this forth ocassion was due to a pin on the connector that needed t 1/5/24 to resolve a problem with my headlight that had not been fixed. Supposedly this forth ocassion was due to a pin on the connector that needed to be tightened. On Saturday 1/6/24 I spoke with an assistant manager about the situation and the grievances I have with Gettel Stadium Toyota. I made it clear to the assistant manager that although mistakes do happen, when I took my vehicle on 12/30/23 was the opportunity they had to fix such mistake. There was no reason why I had to return my vehicle for a fourth time on 1/5/24. I have not heard back from anyone after that call. Management seem uninterested in making things right and are willing to loose a loyal customer for many years. Unfortunately for me and unfortunately for Gettel Stadium Toyota, today 1/8/24 I arrive home from work to find that once again my headlight was not working. I am currently waiting for someone to call me back about this. I am understandably concerned, frustrated and upset. More
