I brought my car in approximately 06:15am for routine check and oil change. I asked for the car to be washed, the service advisor noted that on the paperwork. Approximately 12:30 they called to say the c check and oil change. I asked for the car to be washed, the service advisor noted that on the paperwork. Approximately 12:30 they called to say the car was ready. I asked if the car was washed. They replied yes. When I picked the car up, it wasn’t washed. So then I had to wait for someone to run it through the wash. I’m not impressed. More
