I made at 8 am appointment. That apparently means nothing. I was told the earliest my car would be seen was 10. So, I will have to go back once they get the part. Besides the fiasco with the part, if you make an appointment, you expect your car will be seen at the appointed hour, especially if it's first thing in the morning and there hasn't been time for them to start running behind.
