So, I will have to go back once they get the part. Besides the fiasco with the part, if you make an appointment, you expect your car will be seen at the appointed hour, especially if it's first thing in the morning and there hasn't been time for them to start running behind. I was never told ahead of time how long it would take for me to receive my 2nd key when I was given the appointment to pick up the key. It was only when I got to the dealership that I was told it would take me to receive my 2nd key when I was given the appointment to pick up the key.
