Tony Roche was fine as my service rep. My issue is with the labor charge for replacing the rear door handle assembly on my Toyota Tacoma. The assembly cost $299.56. It took less than 30 minutes to replace, and the service charge for that 30 minutes was also $299.56, plus the $71 for 'shop supplies'. Seems excessive. More
