They charge a 3% credit card charge on the service charges. They did this when they first took over by Gettel. Took away after so many complaints, but have reinstated it again. They have made it just a business. No fun going there.... All the people that use to work there are all gone. Wonder Why???? New people...."Clueless" More

My service advisor , Daniel, is outstanding! A 10. However some of the standard maintenance recommendations like flushing everything were not warranted or timely. Apparently this is a new pract A 10. Four years ago I purchased a battery with a "lifetime warranty". That battery now needs to be replaced. After 4 phone calls, being told my battery with the lifetime warranty (it actually says lifetime wa warranty". That battery now needs to be replaced. After 4 phone calls, being told my battery with the lifetime warranty (it actually says lifetime warranty on the battery) may not be able to be replaced with no charge because they can't tell if it a 5 year warranty or a 7 year warranty which doesn't make sense since the battery is about 4 years old, and it's supposed to be a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I was also told I would need to bring the vehicle to them to replace the battery instead of just bringing in old battery. So, I'm now supposed to have the vehicle towed to replace a battery which may/may not be covered under the lifetime warranty. No thank you, Stadium Toyota. More

Amber Smith was patient and communicative through out the whole process. Relayed messages between myself and the mechanic team well as I had an emergent issue with a faulty water pump.
