Came in for oil change but service advisor states at 10,000 miles it’s due. Only service received was tire rotation. Asked if I wanted car wash, I said yes. Told him I needed air in my tires, he said ok 10,000 miles it’s due. Only service received was tire rotation. Asked if I wanted car wash, I said yes. Told him I needed air in my tires, he said ok no problem. Once service was completed, car was not washed, drove home and tire light came on. I went to other dealership that took care of the air in tires. Dissatisfied. More

Very untimely service. Had a 0700 appointment for routine service, and took 2 hours and 40 minutes just to rotate and balance tires and replace cabin filter. They charge a 3% credit card charge on the service charges. They did this when they first took over by Gettel. Took away after so many complaints, but have reinstated it again.
