I made a reservation for service online and then was contacted by someone at the dealership to tell me that it was time to set up a maintenance appointment. I informed her that I already had an appointm contacted by someone at the dealership to tell me that it was time to set up a maintenance appointment. I informed her that I already had an appointment the next day and she couldn’t find anything. Luckily, I was able to schedule one for the time that I had already scheduled online, Very strange. The service writer that took care of me, Sam, very professional, and friendly. The waiting area is nice and everything was done on time. There were several recommendations made for service that I postponed due to the cost involved. More

I called for a scheduled oil change weeks prior. Had my scheduled time and arrived early. But when I got to the personal and explained what was there for he informed me that I had to wait until 10.
